The part about how Straight men, it seems, have neural circuits that prompt them to seek out women; gay men have those prompting them to seek other men. Women’s brains may be organized to select men who seem likely to provide for them and their children caused the consternation, and mirth comes from the part where starsoohpretty and I started on about Caveman Lurg and Caveman Vlurg and who was a better provider. ...okay, you had to be there.

But then I kept reading and found this part: A somewhat more straightforward clue to the origin of homosexuality is the fraternal birth order effect. Two Canadian researchers, Ray Blanchard and Anthony F. Bogaert, have shown that having older brothers substantially increases the chances that a man will be gay. Older sisters don’t count, nor does it matter whether the brothers are in the house when the boy is reared. And I'm obviously starved for more Heroes because I went immediately to Peter and Nathan. *hangs head* Yeah, probably going to the special hell.

Size 17 needles. I think you're on to something. Actually, I'm sure you are, as teh three rows I've knitted on the New Blanket (called such until it has a better identifier), using my new 17s, are quite fun. Yay knitting!

Like I said, Joe Flanigan and David Hewlett shouldn't be allowed to play together unless I'm there, too. I mean. *koff*

I'm a very impatient person, which is a bad quality for a knitter. So it's chunky wools and huge needles and I'm a happy camper. There's a picture in my facebook of a blanket I made over the summer with the big needles. Um. Link. Link. Link.
