Dear Goo Goo Dolls,

Re: Pandora.com's giant computer brain and the mysteries of the internet.

I haven't listened to you in years. Since, perhaps, 2001. However. You soft-rock my world.

Omg♥,

Me.

I would never throw tomatoes at a friend! I'm more like those grumpy old guys in the balcony on The Muppet Show.

Meh.

There was an almost-Joss by me on the subway up to Downsview this morning. :)

Obviously, I haven't been watching enough TV if I see these people all around me. I'm so starved for TV that I try to make TV for myself wherever I go. Yes. That's exactly it.

Ah, so rather than a direct confrontation, you wait in the wings and mercilessly heckle whoever's on stage? :(

See, the computer in the FASAM centre isn't so hot with wiping cookies after you log out, so even if you've restarted the machine it'll remember your logins. So I come back one day, and my colleague has added another few stations to my pandora account. That's where all this 90s pop-rock is coming from. (He's actually scary, because he doesn't listen to anything from later than 1999.)

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Pandora.com is internet radio so it comes to you streamed. Nothing to download or rip, it just runs (on flash?) from the site. It's pretty fun, and plays a good mix of known and unknown artists.

My favourite song of theirs is "Slide". I hated it when it was originally released. Go figure.
From: [identity profile] naturelf.livejournal.com
I'm really grooving on "Here Is Gone", but I gave "Slide" another listen and I'm digging it, too.

Sam is a bit scary. My English prof this term looked like he was designed by Hensons. All floppy and with scary eyebrows and wild hair.

I wonder about the demand for old Impalas (especially black ones) too.

The supply for the Nissans would be easier to fill, if anything. I'd probably go for a Nissan with a toy Impala keychain because the Nissan's probably more fuel efficient.

I can safely say that it is more fuel efficient, not to mention that it has a catalytic converter and the Impala probably doesn't and the Impala belches all kinds of nasty exhaust into the atmosphere, while the Versa doesn't so much.

TRUE. But what if the Versa had a Hiro and/or Ando?
