To-Dos, Have-Dones and Might Do Might Dos:

4 House Scarf-a-thon:
- Slyth, R'claw, Huffle done & delivered.
- G-dor 9/14 double-bar done. Gimmie a few days and it'll be finished.
- no pics. sorry. watch the films, they're more/less like the ones there.

More to knit:
- 1 R'claw commission, 1 Slyth (maybe) commission... need to buy yarn.
- 2 sets of fingerless gloves (gave mine to dantae_hicks, then bent one of my double-pointed needles when I went to make more)


I have no time for life, I have to write this paper:
- want to slaughter group members
- going to talk to prof re: 16-page research paper on LSD; have been flailing lots re: it
- managed 1300 wrds of notes on TV paper
- going to head up to campus early tomorrow (just normally have a night class, so leaving any time before 5pm is early) and hopefully I'll be able to burrow into the YUL for a few good hours.
- so far, 4 film theory 1 history of social medicine class has failed to explode my brain. Good, good.
- what to take next year? 1. whatever genre studies class, 2. social science gen ed, 3. second in/out (gamelan orchestra, maybe?) 4. 3401/3410... 5. *dunno*


Life:
- currently compiling a list of plot bunnies on ice (aka bunnicicles), all but one are crazy crossovers
- need to update resume and beg for a summer job
- going to visit parents this weekend, methinks
- turns out essay contest was for grad students (DAMN.)
- taught supervisor how to use the "site:" search functiondoodle in google.



I've been listening to Bif Naked, The Misfits and Korn. I guess it's payback for the past few weeks of indieXcore!Char. That, and Imogen Heap's "Hide And Seek" on repeat. It's a musically confusing night. Speaking of, dantae_hicks and I found three Tim Curry LPs at Monster Records this weekend.

I know I'm going to be up until 2am knitting. It's one of those days.

EDIT: There is much love for piratefanatic. I sent her some Moxy Fruvous songs and I think she liked them. *blushes deep down to toes*

If I may vent: the class is called Biomedicine in a Social and Historical Context. Most presentations haven't touched on the Social and Historical Context. WOULD YOU THINK THAT, for our presentation, we should start focusing on the SOCIAL AND HISTORICAL CONTEXT of our topic? My. God. Almighty.

I don't think it is. My engineering group last year constantly talked about using our diversity stick (an imaginary pointy stick) on people that annoyed us.
