So far this Reading Week, I've managed to send in my Donship application (yay!) and watch a bejeezly insane amount of television with [livejournal.com profile] _shewalks. I also made a sandwich.

We've hit the Heroes, the SPN, the Farscape, UK Office AND WE'RE STILL GOING OMG.

Also - I made her take me to the mall to buy Top Gun so we could watch Adrian Pasdar's TWO LINES at the end because Adrian Pasdar + Top Gun = Adrian Pasdar in a shiny white navy uniform. WIN.

Tomorrow is homework day.

No, really. *honest face*

EDIT. DUDE. The whole reason for visiting [livejournal.com profile] _shewalks (or possibly the "excuse", not the "reason" per se) was to hang out at the Vagina Monologues. DUH. I helped-ed sell tickets and counted money (yay! stacks of money! *has Anya moment*) and helped sell merch (Pussy Pops!). How could I forget that? Bad, bad me. *shakes head*

Omg, you guys do that too?? We have chocolate pussypops. Last year I gave one to my gay guy friend and told him that he may as well eat one once.

He didn't get it for a few minutes. I felt more than usually crude. *snorts*

Did you get the all-brown milk chocolate ones, the white chocolate ones with delicate pink shading, or the pink ones covered with "pubic hair" made from brown sprinkles?

The organizers of the event (of which I was not one, just an interloper) insisted on calling them "chocolate vaginas" (though, the signs they made up were advertising "vagina's"), but I insisted on calling them "pussy pops" even if no one else did. ("Cuntcicles" didn't fly, either.)

Omg. I didn't realize there were other varieties. Um. We just had the all brown milk chocolate ones. Hahaha. The others sound a little... .tasteless. even if they are chocolate. *laughs*

They had the first two for sale (and they sold equally well), because we're all too repressed and WASP-y to be entirely comfortable with the hairy version.

Not as repressed and WASP-y as they are in Florida though. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6347649.stm)

There are no words to describe just how mad it is.

Farscape is one show I could never get into. Maybe it's all the funny alien suits.

Other than that, your weekend sounds awesome!

Congrats on making that sandwhich :)

I watch a lot of science fiction, so Farscape's space-Muppets aren't that much of a bother. It's also awesome to watch Anthony Simcoe act through all the layers of latex; after a while you don't even see the monster-suit because he's really quite good. Plus, the real heart of the story is in the human and the human-looking character.

It was a rockin' sandwich.

When'd you make this sandwich? I don't remember you making one, although I do remember us both making invisible ones.

And yeah, I'm shanghai'ing all the comments in this entry. Mwahahaha.
