May. 29th, 2007 10:07 amStarted with Tic Tac, bounced through Reduplication, read about an early Christian challenge to the doctrines of Trinitarianism (with a brief stopover at the Nicene Creed), all because of the article on an extinct gothic language. Arianism makes a little more sense (to me the non-Christian) than Trinitarianism, which is probably why it was suppressed and discredited by early Church fathers. There was a wiki-detour somewhere in there through the entry on Mormons... but isn't there always?
Then I got distracted with The University of New South Wales, Cunard Cruise Lines and the HMHS Brittanic. Then I started looking up that four-month, round-the-world cruise that I'm going to take once I get $40K and a sabbatical. 15 years is a long time to wait, but it's the Thing I'll do for Me once I have the resources.
...in the end, I decided that h2g2 (aka "wiki before there was wiki") has the better article on Tic Tacs.
