It's been a while, so here goes:

TOO MUCH CSI, if there is such a thing. I think there is when I go to class and am asked to write a pop quiz on the role of illustration in scientific publications of 1543 and end up saying stuff like "objective examination of tangible evidence" in my answer.

YAY seeing [livejournal.com profile] burn_tomorrow and [livejournal.com profile] deleriumd again. It's been far too long. I was quite sad when I got back to campus. Actually I got sad earlier, but for no real reason. H&M is a devil store... it was very depressing to be in there. Maybe there's subliminal messages being broadcast and I was getting an allergic reaction. I wasn't much fun after that. Let's blame the weather. Yes. I was feeling lonelyish but there was no place I wanted to be more than [livejournal.com profile] burn_tomorrow's place. Once I got back to school I lost all motivation to finish any of this damn schoolwork. Gah. I'll be fine by the weekend. Really. Pippy's been really sweet. I think she understands.

This morning we (the potogapy class) went to see the World Press Association's collection of the world's best press photographs. Several were good, a few were odd. Most were Scenes of Terror and War and required emotions to evaluate and process. They're shots that stick in your head. For all of those in the Toronto area: BCE place, during daylight hours, free admission, open every day until Saturday. It's really worth going to see these pictures.

Down side: I had to get up REALLY EARLY to get downtown to meet the group on time. I hung out with Dylan and a guy that I learned later was named Sean. I did some more of my shots for the assignment but I swear that if it doesn't get sunny soon I'm going to hurt something. They want pictures of shadows outside but it's been a solid week of overcast days. ARGH., etc.

Today's natural science class left me with words like "parallax" and "teleology" and "neoPlatonist" in my head. Gold star for anyone who can guess the subject of the lecture.

I was IMing [livejournal.com profile] thucyken from across the hall. Now we're going to watch TV. w00t w00t!
