Seven Psychopaths trailer

Written and directed by Martin McDonagh. Starring Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken, Tom Waits, Woody Harrelson... etc etc (And some women, but from the trailer it doesn't look like they do much other than wave their arms around being reasonable or just crying.)

I'm easy - it could've been a movie where Colin Farrell and Sam Rockwell play bffs, and I would've been in. But look at who's writing/directing, look at who else is in it, and really, I'm excited by this. More than anything, from the trailer it looks like everyone's having a ball. I'm such a sucker for people enjoying themselves.

(Is goofy gangster film a genre yet? Or are goofy gangsters still only a trope?)


In other news, I need to get a teeny screwdriver so I can take the bottom off my netbook and re-align the broken case. It's still a perfectly functional machine; I'm concerned about doing further damage if I don't reseat the case.

Yeah, I would have been sold on the movie if it was just Colin Farrell and Sam Rockwell being BFFs too!

Probably, but I still need a to get a teeny screwdriver (meant for repairing eyeglasses or not). Maybe it's time to hunt around the garage in this house where I'm cat-sitting.

In that trailer, Christopher Walken refusing to put his hands up cracks me up so much.

Checking the garage sounds like a good plan! If they have a first aid kit somewhere, I'd try looking in there too.

Considering I can't figure out how to turn the washing machine on (yes, I have tried plugging it in; yes, I have tried hitting the on/off button), locating first aid stuff might be a step too far.

It's not a very big crack, for all that. I'll see what I can scare up when I get back tonight.
