I'm in class (again) and it seems the only time I have to update is before/during class. After staring at a computer all day the last thing that seems appealing is to go home and stare at the computer for another bunch of hours.
I'm sick and was kinda grouchy yesterday. Today I'm just sick-ish from every bloody person in the school who had colds, fevers and various flus; what I got it a swollen throat so I guess it could be worse.
I won't get to see Kill Bill v2 tonight because to do so I'd need to convince at least 2 other people to go see it at 10:45, one to save seats and one to stand by the door with my ticket (that they bought ahead - I'd pay them back) so I can get in, and that requires far too much coordination and too many willing participants, so I guess I'll go tomorrow night after work (by myself). I could make it to the last show tonight. I get off work at 10:30, and I can drive really fast and get to the theatre in 15 minutes... I know I can. Sigh.
Since I finished all today's work yesterday I'm just gonna sit here and count the weeks until I'm done (11) the weeks since I started (24?) and how far I am through the program (66.66%). I get to graduate in June. Huzzah. After that I think I'll get a corporate job and say a big Fuck You to university and resign myself to working in an office all my life because film school certainly didn't work out.
Other than that fun thought, everything's cheery. It's spring and we might just see buds on the trees before May. Then it's only a couple months left until the renfest season aka summer. Huzzah again. I just blinked, hit a random sequence of keys and functionally oblitterated all the menu bars and sent the machine into super-WinXP mode.
